Feedback and Complaints

We welcome feedback and if you feel that we have done particularly well we would value a testimonial that we can use on our website. Any constructive comments would be welcome.

If you have a complaint about the service standards that Midwives Defence Service staff have provided to you we have a complaints policy, available on request, which you can use. All complaints must in the first instance be made to us. All complaints to us must be brought within a year of the matter complained of. If you are not happy with our determination or resolution, you may take your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. You must bring your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within a year of the complaint, after first having used our local complaints’ procedure, or within six months of our decision if the complaint has been made close to (but within) the one year limitation period. For more details about our complaints process use our contact form. We can send you a copy of our complaints procedure on request.
